Knock Knock

===========
It was a full moon day. These days the moon is very close to the earth. The cosmic pull between two heavenly bodies earth and moon is so strong that it moves the water of the ocean. Hence the lives on the earth are also not untouched as they contain a very high percentage of water in their bodies. Usually, on full moon day, I observe fast. The whole day I don’t eat anything. In the evening, I worship the Moon and break my fast. I started this from the beginning of this year (2020). There was a separate reason for doing this and initially, it did not have anything to do with my meditation practices. But when you are into meditation and raise your vibration such that it resonates with the cosmos, things happen with you for a reason. I came to know the benefit of my fasting on this full moon day.

For the last few days, I was feeling interference while meditating in the morning or in the daytime. So, I decided to meditate early in the morning. On that night I slept at 10:30 PM and woke up at 3:15 AM in the morning. Moonlight was illuminating my healing room. At 3:30 AM I sat down for the meditation just below the window through which I could see the radiance of the Moon in the clear sky.
After the initial breathing exercise, I started meditating. I struggled for a few minutes to concentrate. But soon my breathing was in a rhythm and I understood that I am going deeper and deeper into meditation. After some time I went into a deep trance. Suddenly stentorian hit my head. It started with a low pitch but gradually it went on and on and reached its pinnacle where the sound was so high that it became intolerable for me. It was an unendurable sound in my head and I could not keep my eyes shut. I suddenly opened my eyes and found that the whole world was still dark. There was complete silence in the outside world. In the midst of the darkroom, there was an effulgence of moonlight. I was not sure what happened to me. What was that sound? I didn’t know that I was awake or asleep. Was it a dream? Or what I heard was real and in my awareness? I was completely perplexed. I stayed in the same position watching each and every palpitation. Feeling them all over my body. I can easily sense my body moving with each heartbeat. After some time I felt it becoming normal. It was 4:47 am when I thought to get up and went back to sleep again. I woke up at 8:25 am in the morning. I was still thinking it was a dream but the memory of that experience was too strong to believe that it was a dream.

Now I know that was the first knock of the consciousness on my Anahat (heart) Chakra. Now I understand it crossed my Manipuraka (Solar Plexus) Chakra and just hit Anahat Chakra. The actual journey started from here.
