First Flight

========================
It was a beautiful sunny day, the temperature in the morning was close to 13 degree Celsius. It was Keshu’s birthday yesterday. I was so tired when the guests left for their respective homes. Khushi was talking to somebody on phone in the bedroom so I went upstairs and slept immediately.
When Keshu and Aadu left for their schools in the morning, I started meditating at 9:00 am in my healing room. It was the fifth day of the auspicious time of Navratra. This is the time of high cosmic vibration. There are numerous examples of people attaining their unfulfilled desires by simple tantric and yogic techniques in this period. When I started meditating in the morning, I was completely ignorant of the experience I was about to get. Usually, I meditate for 1.5 to 2 hours and then do my Puja, Jap, and Paath. So usually it takes almost 3 hours to complete my spiritual and religious practices every day.
It was one and a half hours when I was about to get up from meditation and start other practices. I was still in a deep trance. Suddenly I felt that I was in an ocean and floating in the water. I got scared. A sense of fear crept up in my mind and gave me goosebumps all over my body. It felt as if I was drowning but at the same time my mind said, “I can handle this situation. I am not going to drown for sure”. I started chanting Krishna’s name again and again and asking Lord Vishnu to get me out of this glut of water. I felt myself floating down and down and after a few seconds, a buoyant force of the water started propelling me towards the surface of the water. My whole body had a delightful sensation. Soothing music in my mind was continuously playing as I felt myself levitating. I had yet other goosebumps all over my body. Just to make it sure that I was not dreaming and I was awake and conscious I pressed my upper teeth against the lower teeth. I assured myself that I was not sleeping and the experience of weightlessness and levitation was very much real while I was still awake. Wafting up and down continued for a while. Slowly and slowly it all stopped and I started feeling my hands in the Dhyan Mudra, folded legs, straight neck, head, and finally, I emerged to my complete awareness. I kept sitting there for some time. Smiling on my own and I was trying to replay the experiences that I just had in my mind.
When the consciousness moves beyond Anahata Chakra and has not reached Vishudhdhi Chakra yet, the air element takes over. As the air element is prominent in the Anahata chakra activation, people usually feel lighter and lighter. In some cases, people also feel levitating. My experience this time was much profound than that last time. I felt the weightlessness, flying in the air, and levitating completely.
