A perfect Charger, Cosmic Intelligence

We all need to charge by motivating ourselves. But there are people who get charged by others. They are exactly like flashlights.

When a flashlight grows dim or stops working, you don’t throw it away, and you change the batteries. When people mess up and find themselves in a dark place, do you cast them aside? Of course not, you help them change their batteries!

Some need AA -> Attention and affection

Some need AAA -> Attention, affection and acceptance

Some need C -> Compassion

Some need D -> Direction

And if they still don’t seem to shine, simply sit with them quietly and share your lights

The mind is like a camera

The mind is like a camera: It records events using our senses

Mind keep clicking the pictures of all events in and around us. Not just in the pictorial form but also in the form of recording from various faculties such as ears, nose, tongue, eyes, and skin. These pictures are nothing but the moments we experience. Most of the moments are recorded and saved unconsciously. The realm of mind is not limited to just these five senses. The smallest cell of our body has its recording power. They all save memory since our birth and if we believe in the research by [Usher and Neisser, 1993, https://psycnet.apa.org/record/1993-36251-001 ], they keep these recordings even before our birth. All the recordings are saved in a place that psychologists and hypnotherapists called as the subconscious and primitive mind. I am a certified hypnotherapist so I know how they juggle the words to extract the information. They want you to first accept and then get tired of your suffering.

Once you are tired, it is much easier for them to make you accept that ailment has gone. In reality, you start complaining about other areas of your existence. That is why Hypnotherapists never tell you how many sessions you would need to rectify your sufferings. This is an irony, but it is a truth.

This happens because your camera (mind) takes hazy pictures. You need a focused, still high-resolution camera for a perfect shot. You need to pause and your mind will take a picture-perfect. It will show you exactly what you need to do in a particular situation. You will not need a person to diagnose your emotional injury.

Every day, pause for a few minutes (hours would be intimidating for many). Don’t do anything, sit quietly and observe your thoughts. You will come the time when you are conscious of your thoughts all day and night. That is the time when your mind will record perfect moments. http://www.myeternalself.com/cosmic-intelligence/

Helping manage anger using CI-2

[Note1: Part 1 of this series was posted on 25th March 2022]So, how can one manage anger using cosmic intelligence? Mindfulness, yoga, meditation; any form of therapy involving a deeper focus on our internal self rather than our physical existence; also defined as cosmic intelligence, proved to be efficient in the journey through anger management and healing. How is that possible? Cosmic intelligence is the knowledge that our human form on this planet is temporary, but our whole existence is not. It is the bridge between our conscious and unconscious selves. When someone connects to it by realizing they are one with the universe surrounding them, they connect to themselves to a new level of consciousness. By accessing this, they unlock deep-rooted feelings such as anger and allow them to let go. How? Many different ways to connect to your anger exist, and are proven to be working. Not all of them will be effective on everyone as it is not a one-size-fits-all, nor it is a short journey. It’s a process of a lifetime. But some of them will help understand your situation and lead to a better outcome.

1) Understanding Cosmic Intelligence And Its Effect On You As opposed to logical-mathematical intelligence, the ability to develop your cosmic intelligence will open doors to a new array of ways of life. When you get to know yourself on a deeper level, you let go of any negative feelings since no feeling is right or wrong. Understanding cosmic intelligence helps you make peace with any feelings you may have with no shame. It is just feelings, which means it is just thoughts passing through your subconscious mind, with no sort of control from the internal or external self. When you embrace this, you are ready to connect to your cosmic intelligence. Anger in particular needs precaution when occurred; accepting your feeling of anger without associating it with shame, is a way of connecting to your cosmic knowledge, and allows you to deal with it without further negative feelings as a never-ending cycle. When you understand your mind power through cosmic intelligence and learn to practice it, you end up understanding the roots of your anger, giving you the keys to work on it properly.

2) Bonding With Your Eternal Self The mind of human beings is constructed of three concepts: ego, the id and the super-ego. The id is what constructs an impulsive mind mainly in the early stages of your life, the super-ego is the judgmental part of your inner self, while the ego makes the bridge between the two and creates a balance in your life. When connecting to your eternal self, or ‘atman’, you connect to your soul. Your eternal self goes beyond your id, super-ego or ego. It is once connected to your eternal self, that healing anger becomes available. Much like when you get to understand cosmic intelligence, bonding with your eternal self allows you to dissociate your physical body from who you are. Human bodies are made of millions of cells, all connected by the universe, made of billions of cells as well. All those cells are themselves made of energy. Once you make this realization, you access a new part of you that makes you feel yourself and the universe all at once and helps anger management be less daunting since it becomes a work from the universe, more than just a physical body form process that you have to do on your own. Instead, your eternal self allows you to feel less alone in the process of healing. The whole universe becomes part of your recovery journey.

Helping manage anger using CI-1

Anger is the root of many coping mechanisms that we have witnessed to be the hardest to balance. “We hypothesized that outward and inward anger expression and lack of anger control would be associated with delayed wound healing.” (J.P. Gouin, 2008).

As humans on this planet, we are bound to feel different kinds of emotions. We grow up learning that our physical body is what defines us, believing our minds are only an internal representation of it. In reality, it is far deeper than just our physical form on Earth. We realize it happens to be the exact opposite, as we learn to understand our minds more. Through all stages of life, human beings go through feelings of joy, love, pain, fear, and so on.

One feeling that got cultures and philosophers to question our internal selves in much more depth is anger. We felt that a lack of understanding of patience, and its reflection in the overwhelming dominance of anger, was endemic to our culture. Anger is one of the roots that cause so much unhappiness, suffering, discord, and violence in our world.” Even in science nowadays, anger is prone to more heated debates than any other feelings, creating a stigma around it. The truth is, more than any other feelings humans can develop, anger can be healed through oneself with the power of Cosmic Intelligence. Research has previously shown the chemical reactions of medications in different people, and it revealed that most of the time, a connection to our inner self had more positive results than any other form of healing.

Cosmic Intelligence – Sync in with the creation

Who do you think you are? A physical body of flesh and bones or a spiritual consciousness? I believe your answer would be both, right? But is that really the truth? When was the last time you actively developed a conscious thought? Can’t remember? Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Most of us stop actively producing thoughts once we get out of our comfy showers and step out into the day-to-day hustle and bustle of life, where, ironically, we need those thoughts the most. Due to this, most of us live out our lives on autopilot without ever noticing the lack of conscious thoughts and actions. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. This active and conscious side of us doesn’t go anywhere; it still resides in there somewhere, silently watching all our actions. Here, in this book, we not only venture through the physical and emotional but dive even deeper inside life to decipher the most minuscule of predicaments an individual faces. It’s only a matter of activating this side of us that is aware, conscious, and intelligent; which leads us to the basis of this book; Cosmic Intelligence. Cosmic Intelligence refers to the ability to mass synchronize and orchestrate every living cell in your body and bring order to your ‘self’ amidst the chaotic day-to-day commotion of life. In this book, you will learn how to achieve cosmic intelligence and use it to better your life. You will learn about the part of you that is silent, a system inside that is better than the default one, an intelligence that is infinite and cosmic. So, if you think, you know who you are…think again.

Worrying about uncontrollable is useless

As human beings, we regret many times things we can’t control in life. It’s natural; it’s something not to worry about. This worrying is the reflective reaction of our hopelessness when we encounter unexpected and undesired experiences. No matter how hard we try to control, we are not made so. We can’t control the disease we might get in the future, we can’t control aging, we can’t control death, we can’t control loss. We all are struggling just because we have an illusion that we can control certain aspects of life. If we understand that we are not given this authority to control things, it might be peaceful for us to accept the realities of life. The way the human mind is designed, the most challenging aspect it encounters is acceptance after a long-term denial. If we accept the truth as it is, we might help others struggling with the same situation. We are made from nature, so every emotion, every feeling we encounter, is natural and not man-made. A grievance after a loss, happiness after buying a car, stress before an exam; these natural aspects are part of our nature that can’t be controlled—just accepting nature as it brings much contentment in life compared to things brought by denial.
Activating cosmic intelligence will make our thoughts positive and help us deal with emotions. This is the tool that will help in all sorts of life crises (emotional, physical, financial, etc.) Cosmic intelligence can not only help us embrace unique skills but can also help us in dealing with the challenges of life. We can deal with the emotional crisis by understanding the movements of stars, their implications, on us and on planet Earth. We can understand the physical effects by embracing cosmic intelligence such as by understanding the effects of the law of the Universe on our beings, health, traits, relationships, and habits. We can understand and deal with the financial crisis by foreseeing them through unique intuitive skills of cosmic intelligence. The more you become receptive and open to cosmic intelligence and embrace it, you will move towards Cosmic Insight, Divine Revelations, Higher Wisdom, Wholeness Experiences, Supernatural Intuition, Absolute Truth and Justice, and Selfless Love. And above all our ability to keep our inner self-calm in any sort of turmoil. It appears that if we can harness the abilities of cosmic intelligence, we might be better able to understand the realities of life and act accordingly.

A precious gift arrived

In the pursuit of spiritual growth, the journey often takes unexpected turns, weaving through the tapestry of daily life. For this seeker, the path has been marked by profound experiences, challenges, and a deep commitment to meditation. As I unravel the diary of my spiritual quest, where consciousness meets the responsibilities of family and the demands of a job.

Continuing from the “Blue Moon” experience of “Vishudhi Chakra (Throat Chakra)” on March 14th 2021. The unmistakable sensation of consciousness hitting my throat chakra marked the initiation of a transformative journey. Little did I know that this experience would set the stage for a series of events that would reshape my perspective on life.

Life continued to unfold, and on April 20, 2021, a precious gift arrived – my baby. The convergence of new life and spiritual awakening added layers of complexity to my daily existence. Balancing the demands of parenthood with the longing for spiritual growth became a delicate dance. I took 2 weeks off from the office, but would that be enough?

Undeterred, I pressed on with my meditation practice. Amidst the cries of a newborn and the responsibilities of parenthood, meditation became my refuge. I carved out moments, sometimes brief and stolen, to connect with the divine within.

In the stillness of meditation, I felt my consciousness ascending, climbing the ladder of spiritual awareness. The ethereal journey within became more frequent, offering glimpses of a reality beyond the tangible. Yet, these moments of transcendence were often interrupted by the demands of the external world.

A peculiar phase emerged, where the boundary between meditation and daily life blurred. There were instances when, though physically present in the outside world, my mind lingered in the realm of meditation. This dichotomy posed a unique challenge – navigating professional obligations and household chores while anchored in a state of meditation.

The struggle intensified as weeks passed. The desire to immerse myself in meditation clashed with the responsibilities that tethered me to the material world. The dichotomy became palpable, and at times, the urge to retreat into the serene cocoon of closed-eyed meditation was overwhelming.

The juxtaposition of family obligations and spiritual aspirations created a delicate balancing act. I found solace in the knowledge that I was on the right path, yet the constraints of time and responsibilities cast a shadow over my spiritual pursuits. Physically I am out of meditation, but my mind still wanted to continue in the same state. I feel like throwing out sometimes.

In the midst of distress, I held onto the unwavering belief that the journey of the seeker is inherently challenging. The conundrum lies in reconciling the demands of the physical world with the longing of the spiritual soul. It’s a path where moments of elation and desperation coexist.

As I pen down these reflections, my journey as a seeker remains an ongoing narrative. The diary is far from complete, and each entry reveals a chapter of growth, struggle, and unwavering devotion. For those on a similar path, the seeker’s diary serves as a testament to the profound intersection of spirituality and the everyday, a journey where the soul navigates the maze of existence.

There is a reason behind every event. I will write more about it in my next blog

Blue Sun Rising: Illuminating the Horizon of Consciousness

It was a new moon day last night. Moon setting in the Pisces. Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars were visible in the sky. This was a specific day when intuition gets intensified. I did not know about this particular combination. As usual, I woke up at 4:00 AM and after morning chores I sat down in meditation. As it was Sunday, I was free and did not put my phone on the alarm. All weekdays I set an alarm for one and half hours and start meditation.

The last 3-4 months were too hectic for me. I had newly shifted to Perth from Sydney. Apart from a couple of occasions, I could not experience anything during meditation. I have already written about those experiences in the past. But it was a different day. I started to meditate at 4:37 AM. I realized a few days back that I could stay longer without any thoughts. Earlier I had to struggle to collect my consciousness and stop thinking about anything completely. Now it seems easier.

As I started meditating, I did not have to wait for long to go into a deep trance. After some time I felt as going up and up again. This was the same feeling I had experienced on so many occasions in the past while meditating. I let myself lose and fly high. As I was going up and up, the same revolving object from the last time appeared again. This time, it was not just a shape, it had a color and light too.

A dazzling light filling the whole room (May not physically but at least I felt so in my closed eyes). Something as powerful as the sun was shining over my head. Initially, I was not able to see anything, and slowly and slowly when I observed, it took a blue color with a yellowish patch on it. Suddenly I felt my throat was completely dry. I thought it might be my illusion, and as I tried to come over this, I felt that I was not able to move my lower jaw. For some time, it felt like I am going to die of choking and dry throat. I wanted to try at least to swallow the saliva in my mouth, but I was not able to do that. As I was trying hard the thing revolving over my head started making a sound. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I again tried to swallow some saliva in my mouth but my jaw was not letting me do that. I never faced this kind of situation in the past. As I was trying hard to come over this, I had to move my consciousness. Slowly and slowly the thing that was revolving slowed down and it vanished. I was still flying. When I came back to normal, my throat was really dry and I wanted to drink lots of water. Though I did not find anything unusual with my jaws, they were perfectly fine. I rubbed my palm and came over trance.

This was another milestone in my journey. The Colour of the throat chakra is blue and I think that blue color which I saw during my trance signified that the consciousness had risen to the Vishudhi Chakra. Though few moments during the trance were terrifying now when I think about it, I really feel good.

Layers of human life – Part I

There are so many layers to be a human being. As a matter of fact, we are bombarded by these layers, and unknowingly, we form our identities around it. We do this since we are born. It is like we are shaped by outside things until we voyage to our hero’s journey. It is strange, at the same time, beautiful. The true purpose of living in our soul is just waiting for our patience to unravel its true self. Some people find this with persistence; some don’t, and some just realize it thinking that they are too late. But…well, it just depends on your perspective. The layers that have been installed by society, since we are born, in order to live a better life is not always a good idea to live a better life. The ideals come from within. The direction of the soul we crave, we just don’t understand it immediately, but slowly, with patience. Life is happening at the pace with which an individual owns his life. For some, it is fast (for most of us); for some, life’s pace is a very slow (very rare). For them, it doesn’t matter the pace, but the constant stillness inside them, that needed awareness within them that had been distorted by too many layers imposed by the society. That awareness, in other words for it would be consciousness or the light within them—it has been there since they were born. They had to find it again. But first, they had to get lost in the chaos of the word.

The chaos that the world presents is just the manifestation of the layers that had been installed since we are born. Quite ironic, isn’t it? But it takes efforts to untangle those layers. Also, I’m not saying that those layers are bad, but they are the things—for some people, it’s suffering; for some, it’s bliss; for some, it is something; people give names; they attach to things—but these things, these layers, the dis-attachment, it requires effort. The different surrounding that had been dictating you since your birth, psychologically speaking, they are like weeds in your brain that has outgrown you and had hidden the true purpose of your soul within your body. This Maya, or this mirage, constantly shifts your perspective around the world. You become accustomed to a culture. You have developed certain habits to live your life in accordance with how you are brought up. You slowly understand the world that it contains everything in it, not just the heaven, but the hell in it too. Sometimes the reality shock you, or sometimes you just know and you don’t react. The layers that have grasped you through the whim of society—intentionally or unintentionally, had taken you. The weeds are growing continuously. You are grinding in life. It’s either chaos or order. But eventually, you realize that orderlies in every chaos. You understand this. If you don’t, the abyss awaits you. You just get drown in it until the realization hits you.

The realization to entangle the layers comes slowly. In human beings, the art of patience is a must. Without it, the reaction to the problems in life sabotages the body. Life becomes hard. Looking at problems as the opportunity is art too. It comes with patience. Or when you start to see problems as opportunities, you are equipped with patience naturally. But most people do not understand the meaning of patience. They want things in their life right away. To them, I just want to say that how much time does it takes for the baby to come out from a mother’s belly? The baby cannot come out of the stomach after two months, right? Patience is like that. Just like a baby needs a foundation inside the belly to fully become an independent consciousness, the art of patience requires a vision, a goal, and the right kind of motivation and desire. Patience comes with a foundation. Foundation comes when you cut the weeds that had shaped you since you are born. Those layers, those weeds—the people’s perspective, what they see you in their eyes, maybe it’s not what you want to become. But you are getting affected by it. Those layers of perspective have taken you by storm. Their opinions hammering you, producing that emotional reaction that is making your life miserable, worthless, or perhaps boring. You can name it anything, but the reality is you don’t really know the dwelling suffering inside you. That’s the life of most humans in a nutshell.
